SUMMARY:

The Gift Processing Associate l will provide essential support for the WCSG Radio and Cornerstone University gift processing department. This individual will play a key role in processing donations, communicating with donors, and assisting with data integrity in Raiser’s Edge. This Gift Processing Associate 1 will also support a cross-functional team dynamic by focusing on industry specific personal growth and development. The core of Cornerstone University is defined and driven by its Christ-centered mission and Biblical confession.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all aspects of data entry for gifts, including but not limited to:
    • Prepare and process donations for WCSG, CU, CTS, and ABTS.
    • Implement gift receipt process.
    • Respond to donor related inquiries.
  • Implement the contact plan for constituents with transaction failures.
  • Use best practices in data integrity to maintain constituent accounts.
  • Verifying constituent accuracy between the University and Donor databases.
  • Support the maintenance of the 360MatchPro Gift program.
  • Perform database cleanup and document storage projects as needed.
  • Employees are expected to serve as Christian leaders and mentors by effectively living a gospel-centered lifestyle, ministering and discipling through a biblical worldview.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALICIATIONS:

  • Experience working with (CRM) databases. (Raiser’s Edge preferred)
  • Basic accounting and/or banking skills, with an orientation to detail.
  • Associate degree or equivalent office setting experience.
  • Highest standard of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ministry/service orientation; team player.
