The Morning Show Co-Host is responsible to grow the listening audience for WCSG and its Morning Show through the execution of communicating compelling content on WCSG, on the station’s website and social media platforms, and through remote/event appearances. We are a personality-driven station with an emphasis on highlighting our audience and this person should reflect those values. The core of Cornerstone University is defined and driven by its Christ-centered mission and Biblical confession.

LOCATION: Grand Rapids, Michigan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Host/produce WCSG Morning Show
- Assist with daily show prep and follow-up through air checks
- Develop a consistent quality and quantity of listener interaction and original content via phone, mail, email, Facebook/other social media platforms
- Enhance listening rapport/relationships through station associated events and on-site broadcast appearances
- Mon-Fri live/Sat tracked
- Serve as a representative of Radio and Cornerstone University at various events and activities
- All Cornerstone University employees will regularly interact with students in a variety of projects, activities, and settings. As such all employees are expected to serve as Christian leaders and mentors by effectively living a gospel-centered lifestyle, ministering and discipling through a biblical worldview.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Experience in the Christian music non-com radio field.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience drive-time on air work.
- Highest standard of personal and professional integrity.
- Ministry/service orientation; team player.
SALARY:
$55,000 - $58,000 annually
